Refund and Cancellation Policy

At DreamTrip4U, we strive to provide transparent and customer-friendly policies. However, due to the nature of visa assistance and travel processing, certain services are time-sensitive and involve third-party coordination. Please read the refund and cancellation terms carefully before purchasing any service from us.


1. General Policy

By availing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds are processed based on the stage of the service, nature of work completed, and any third-party fees involved.


2. Service Fees vs. Embassy/Government Fees

Please note:

  • DreamTrip4U service charges are separate from embassy, consulate, VFS, or government charges.

  • Government or embassy fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are not controlled by DreamTrip4U.

  • Service fees paid to DreamTrip4U cover documentation guidance, consultation, processing assistance, and operational support.


3. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your service request, the following terms apply:

a) Before Work Has Started

If cancellation is requested before our team begins working on your application:
✔️ You are eligible for a partial refund (administration & platform fees may apply).

b) After Work Has Started

If our team has already begun work:
No refund will be issued, as operational time and resources have already been utilized.

c) After Document Submission to Embassy/VFS

Once your application or documents have been submitted to any embassy, consulate, or VFS center:
❌ Refund is not possible, regardless of the outcome.


4. Visa Rejection or Delay

Visa decisions are made entirely by the respective embassy or consulate.
Therefore:

  • DreamTrip4U cannot guarantee approvals or timelines.

  • In case of a visa rejection, no refund will be provided for service fees or government fees.

  • In case of processing delays from the embassy/government, DreamTrip4U is not responsible and refunds cannot be issued.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Documents Provided by the Customer

If the customer provides:

  • Incorrect information

  • Misleading documents

  • Incomplete documentation

  • False or unverifiable details

…DreamTrip4U reserves the right to cancel the service.
No refund will be processed in such cases.


6. No-Show / Non-Responsive Clients

If a customer becomes:

  • Unresponsive

  • Fails to provide required documents

  • Delays beyond a reasonable timeframe

  • Does not cooperate with the processing steps

DreamTrip4U may mark the case as closed.
❌ No refund will be issued.


7. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment:
✔️ Refund for the duplicate amount will be processed upon verification.
Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.


8. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days.

  • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect may vary depending on banks, UPI, or payment gateways.


9. Cancellation by DreamTrip4U

DreamTrip4U reserves the right to cancel any service under special circumstances such as:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Non-compliance with our terms

  • Misuse of services

  • Ethical or legal concerns

If cancellation is made from our end before work starts, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
